Common use of Affiliate Users Clause in Contracts

Affiliate Users. Customer may provide access and use of the Subscription Service to its Affiliate's Users or allow them to receive the Professional Services; provided that, all such access, use and receipt by Affiliates’ Users is subject to and in compliance with the Order and these Terms and Customer will at all times remain liable for its Affiliates' compliance with the Order and these Terms.
