Common use of Affiliate Clause in Contracts

Affiliate. An "Affiliate" shall mean any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, trust or other entity which directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, the Company.

Affiliate. An "“Affiliate" shall mean ” means, with respect to any party, any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, trust or partnership, joint venture, firm and/or other entity which directlyControls, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, is Controlled by or is controlled by, the Companyunder common Control with such party.

An "“Affiliate" shall mean ” means (a) any corporationperson, partnershipother than a natural person, limited liability companywho, trust with respect to the Company, is an “affiliate” as defined in Rule 405 under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or any successor rule, or (b) any entity more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the common stock or other entity equity interest of which directly, is owned or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, by the Company, either directly or indirectly.

Affiliate. An "Affiliate" shall mean any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, trust “affiliate” is a company or other entity which person that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controlscontrols you, or is controlled byby you, the Companyor is under common control with you.

Affiliate. Affiliate. An The term "Affiliate" shall mean any corporationperson, partnershipfirm or entity --------- which directly or indirectly, limited liability company, trust or other entity which directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, controls or is controlled by, the Companyor is under common control with, any other person (including members of such person's family), firm or entity.

Affiliate. An "“Affiliate" shall mean ” means, with respect to any corporationspecified entity, partnership, limited liability company, trust any person or other entity which directly, that directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, intermediaries controls or is controlled by, by or is under common control with the Companyspecified entity. For purposes of this Agreement an “Affiliate” of Commercial Industrial Finance Corp. shall include any entity acquired or formed directly or indirectly or invested in by Commercial Industrial Finance Corp. or its subsidiaries.

Affiliate. An "As used in this Agreement, an “Affiliate" shall mean any ” means an individual, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, trust partnership, trust, or other entity which directly, that directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, or is under common control with, GRS or Company, as the Companycase may be.

Affiliate. An "Affiliate" shall mean “affiliate” of the Company means any foreign or domestic corporation, partnership, limited liability company, trust or joint venture, firm, trust, enterprise and/or other entity which directly(each, or indirectly through one or more intermediariesan “entity”) that is an “affiliate” of the Company within the meaning of Rule 405 of Regulation C promulgated under the Securities Act of 1933, controls, or is controlled by, the Companyas amended.

Affiliate. An "For purposes of this Agreement, “Affiliate" ” shall mean any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, trust company or other similar entity which directly, is under the control of the Company or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, under common control with the Company.

Affiliate. An "“Affiliate" ” for the purposes of this Agreement shall mean any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, trust or other a legal entity which that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, controls or is controlled by, or is under common control with, the Companyperson or entity specified.

An The term "Affiliateaffiliate" of any entity, corporation, partnership or limited liability company shall mean any other entity, corporation, partnership, partnership or limited liability companycompany controlling, trust or other entity which directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, or under common control with the Companyformer.

Affiliate. An When used with reference to the Company, "Affiliate" shall mean any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, trust person or other entity which directly, that directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, intermediaries controls or is controlled byby or is under common control with the Company, including but not limited to such person or entity that is no longer under the common control of the Company but was at one time controlled by the Company.

An "As used in this Agreement, an “Affiliate" shall mean any ” means an individual, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, partnership, trust or other entity which that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, or is under common control with, GRM or CyberDefender, as the Companycase may be.

Affiliate. An "The term “Affiliate" ” shall mean (A) any corporationentity that directly or indirectly, partnership, limited liability company, trust or other entity which directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, by the Company, (B) any entity in which the Company has a significant equity interest, (C) the parent entity of the Company, and (D) any entity that is under common control with the Company. For purposes of this Agreement, an Affiliate shall be considered an Affiliate only for periods during which the Affiliate meets this definition of Affiliate.

An The term "Affiliate" shall mean any corporationwith respect to a specified entity, partnership, limited liability company, trust or other an entity which that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, or is under common control with the Companyentity specified.

An "“Affiliate" shall mean any corporation” is (a) person, association, co-partnership, partnership, limited liability companycorporation or joint-stock company or trust (hereinafter “person”) that directly or indirectly, trust or other entity which directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by or is controlled byunder common control with another person, the Company.or

An "The term “Affiliate" ” shall mean any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, trust a corporation or other entity which directlyor person which, at the time of reference, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, or is under common control with, the Company.

Affiliate. Affiliate. An "“Affiliate" shall mean ” means the Contractor, its’s officers, directors, shareholders, employees and any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, trust joint venture or other entity which directlydirectly or indirectly controlling the Contractor, or directly or indirectly through one owned or more intermediaries, controls, controlled by the Contractor or is controlled by, the Companyits principals.

Affiliate. An The term "Affiliate" shall mean refers to (a) any corporationentity that Controls the Company or any entity that the Company Controls, partnershipand/or (b) any other corporate subsidiary, limited liability company, trust or other entity which directlyparent, or indirectly through one entity Controlled by or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, the Companythat Controls any entity referred to in (a) above.

Affiliate. An "“Affiliate" shall mean ” means the Company and any other parent or subsidiary corporation, partnershiprelated corporations, limited liability companyassociated companies, trust or other entity which directlyaffiliates, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, successors and/or assigns of the Company.

Affiliate. An As used herein, the term "Affiliate" shall mean be deemed to include any corporation, partnershipjoint venture, limited liability company, trust or other entity business enterprise, whether incorporated or unincorporated, which the Company directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, controls or is controlled by, the Companyor is under common control with.

Affiliate. An "“Affiliate" shall mean ” means any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, trust business trust, or other entity which directlycontrolling, controlled by or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, under common control with the Company.

Affiliate. An "“Affiliate" shall mean ” means any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, trust corporation or other entity which directly, is directly or indirectly through one controlling, controlled by or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, under the Companycommon control of a party hereto.

Affiliate. An "Affiliate" shall mean any corporationof a specified person, partnership, limited liability company, trust corporation or other entity which directlyshall mean a person, corporation or indirectly other entity which, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, or is under common control with, the corporation or other entity specified and when used with respect to the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company, shall include any holder of at least 5% of the capital stock, or any officer or director, of the Company.

Affiliate. An "“Affiliate" shall mean ” means any corporationentity that is wholly owned or substantially wholly owned, partnershipdirectly or indirectly, limited liability company, trust by Tenant or other entity which directly, any of its approved members or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, the Companyany Preapproved Member.
