Affiliated Airline Events of Default. Any Event of Default by Affiliated Airline described in the Space Rental Agreement shall be deemed an “Affiliated Airline Event of Default” hereunder, and the Authority’s rights in such terms and conditions shall apply, as if such terms and conditions were set forth herein and applicable to the Parties hereunder (with applicable provisions cross-referenced in this Affiliate Agreement).
