Affiliated Brokerage Arrangements. to enter into brokerage arrangements with any Affiliate of the Adviser for purposes of such Affiliate executing transactions in Securities on behalf of the Company; provided, that the Adviser shall comply with the Investment Company Act and with any other applicable Law.
