Affiliated Members. In situations where two or more Members are affiliates 868 of each other, for purposes of voting under this Agreement, each Member is entitled to vote 869 in its own Sector, subject to the following conditions: 870 • A corporate family may not have more than one vote per Sector. For example, a 871 corporate family that creates multiple ITDO affiliates (as in the case where each 872 independent transmission project within a single corporate family is pursued through 873 a separate affiliated entity) does not enjoy multiple votes in the ITDO Sector. 874 Similarly, Members of the ETO Sector that are corporate affiliates of each other 875 shall be considered one entity and collectively entitled to a single vote in matters 876 before the PMC. 877 • A corporate family may not have more than two PMC votes, in total. 878 • A single entity may not be a Member of more than one Sector. For example, a 879 transmission owner that is also a customer of another transmission owner may not 880 join the TC Sector in addition to the ETO /ITDO Sector.
Affiliated Members. If a Member who is a natural person becomes a Retired Member pursuant to this 11.6, each Member that is an Affiliated Member of such retiring Member shall also simultaneously become a Retired Member and each such retiring Affiliated Member shall be subject to the provisions of this Article 11.
