Common use of Affiliated Parties Clause in Contracts

Affiliated Parties. Seller will disclose to Purchaser any parties to the Loan (including but not limited to the Borrower, seller, realtor, appraiser, or closing agent) that are affiliated with Seller. Affiliated parties are any person or entity under the control of, in control of or under common control with Seller or any of its officers, directors, employees, agents or investors.
