Affiliated Party Financing. Such documents as Lender shall require to establish that any and all indebtedness owed by Borrower to its shareholders, directors, beneficiaries, offers or partners, or to any relatives or Affiliates of Borrower or to any of the foregoing, is and shall be fully subordinate to Borrower's indebtedness to Lender, all such subordinations to be in form and substance satisfactory to Lender.
