Affiliated Service Groups, etc. Any (a) member of an affiliated service group, within the meaning of section 414(m) of the Code, that includes an Employer, or (b) organization aggregated with an Employer pursuant to section 414(o) of the Code, to the extent required by such sections or section 401(k) or (m) of the Code.
