Affiliated Third-Party Collectors and REPs. In performing its obligations under this Section 3.05, the Servicer shall deal with Third-Party Collectors and REPs that are Affiliates of the Servicer on terms which are no more favorable in the aggregate than those used by the Servicer in its dealings with Third-Party Collectors and REPs that are not Affiliates of the Servicer.
