Common use of Affiliates and License Grants Clause in Contracts

Affiliates and License Grants. The foregoing (sub)license grants automatically extend, without any further action by a Party, to each person and entity that is an Affiliate of such Party as of the Effective Date or becomes an Affiliate of such Party thereafter, but only for so long as such person or entity remains an Affiliate of such Party, and the other Party shall be in direct privity under this Agreement with any such (sub)licensed Affiliate under this Agreement.
