AFFILIATES; SUBSIDIARIES. References in this Agreement to "Affiliates" or "Subsidiaries" of a specified Person refer to, and include, only other Persons which from time to time constitute "Affiliates" or "Subsidiaries", as the case may be, of such specified Person, and do not include, at any particular time, other Persons that may have been, but at such time have ceased to be, "Affiliates" or "Subsidiaries", as the case may be, of such specified Person.
