Common use of Affiliation with Seller Clause in Contracts

Affiliation with Seller. Neither Purchaser nor its Affiliates shall represent to any third party that it, its Affiliates or its business are in any way affiliated or associated with, or owned or operated by, Seller or its Affiliates except to the extent required by or permitted under any of the Ancillary Agreements or the Asset Purchase Agreements.
