Common use of Affiliations Clause in Contracts

Affiliations. The fact that: (i) any of the Shareholders, Trustees or officers of the Trust is a shareholder, creditor, director, officer, partner, trustee or employee of or has any interest in any Person or any parent or affiliate of any such Person, with which a contract or agreement of the character described in this Article III has been or will be made, or that any such Person, or any parent or affiliate thereof, is a Shareholder of or has an interest in the Trust, or that (ii) any such Person also has similar contracts, agreements or plans with other investment companies (including, without limitation, the investment companies referred to in the last paragraph of Section 2.9) or Persons, or has other business activities or interests, shall not affect in any way the validity of any such contract, agreement or plan or disqualify any Shareholder, Trustee or officer of the Trust from authorizing, voting upon or executing the same or create any liability or accountability to the Trust or its Shareholders.

Affiliations. The fact that: (i) any of the Shareholders, Trustees or officers of the Trust is a shareholder, creditor, director, officer, partner, trustee or employee of or has any interest in any Person or any parent or affiliate of any such Person, with which a contract or agreement of the character described in this Article III has been or will be made, or that any such Person, or any parent or affiliate thereof, is a Shareholder of or has an interest in the Trust, or that (ii) any such Person also has similar contracts, agreements or plans with other investment companies (including, without limitation, the investment companies referred to in the last paragraph of Section 2.92.8) or Persons, or has other business activities or interests, shall not affect in any way the validity of any such contract, agreement or plan or disqualify any Shareholder, Trustee or officer of the Trust from authorizing, voting upon or executing the same or create any liability or accountability to the Trust or its Shareholders.

Affiliations. The fact that: (ia) any of the Shareholders, Trustees or officers of the Trust is a shareholder, creditor, director, officer, partner, trustee or employee of or has any interest in any Person or any parent or affiliate of any such Person, with which a contract or agreement of the character described in this Article III has been or will be made, or that any such Person, or any parent or affiliate thereof, is a Shareholder of or has an interest in the Trust, or that (iib) any such Person also has similar contracts, agreements or plans with other investment companies (including, without limitation, the investment companies referred to in the last paragraph of Section 2.9) or Persons, or has other business activities or interests, shall not affect in any way the validity of any such contract, agreement or plan or disqualify any Shareholder, Trustee or officer of the Trust from authorizing, voting upon or executing the same or create any liability or accountability to the Trust or its Shareholders.

Affiliations. Affiliations. The fact that: (i) any of the Shareholders, Trustees or officers of the Trust is a shareholder, creditor, director, officer, partner, trustee or employee of or has any interest in any Person or any parent or affiliate of any such Person, with which a contract or agreement of the character described in this Article III has been or will be made, or that any such Person, or any parent or affiliate thereof, is a Shareholder of or has an interest in the Trust, or that (ii) any such Person also has similar contracts, agreements or plans with other investment companies (including, without limitation, the investment companies referred to in the last paragraph of Section 2.9) or Persons, or has other business activities or interests, interests shall not affect in any way the validity of any such contract, agreement or plan or disqualify any Shareholder, Trustee or officer of the Trust from authorizing, voting upon or executing the same or create any liability or accountability to the Trust or its Shareholders.
