Common use of Affiliations Clause in Contracts

Affiliations. Subject to applicable statutes and regulations, it is understood that trustees, officers or agents of the Trust are or may be interested in the Adviser as officers, directors, agents, shareholders or otherwise, and that the officers, directors, shareholders and agents of the Adviser may be interested in the Trust otherwise than as a trustee, officer or agent.

Affiliations. Subject to applicable statutes and regulationsregulation, it is understood that trustees, officers or agents of the Trust are or may be interested in the Adviser Administrator as members, officers, directors, agents, shareholders agents or otherwise, and that the officersmembers, directors, shareholders officers and agents of the Adviser Administrator may be interested in the Trust otherwise than as a trustee, officer or agent.
