Affirmation by Borrower Sample Clauses

Affirmation by Borrower. Borrower hereby acknowledges and affirms its obligations under the Hazmat Indemnity.

Affirmation by Borrower. The Borrower hereby consents to the execution ------------------------- and delivery of this Ninth Amendment and each of the other Ninth Amendment Documents to which Borrower is a party and reaffirms its obligations under the Credit Documents.

Affirmation by Borrower. This agreement contains the entire agreement between Broker and Borrower and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings relating to the subject matter thereof. There are no written or oral agreements between the parties other than set forth in this agreement.

Affirmation by Borrower. Borrower agrees that the Loan Documents are and shall be and remain in full force and effect, enforceable in accordance with their terms. Borrower shall be wholly personally liable for the payment of all sums and the performance of every obligation required under the Loan Documents.
