Affirmation of Agreement. (a) Subject only to the amendments contained in this Variation, the parties confirm all other provisions of the Project Schedule and the Agreement. (b) The Agreement, as varied by this Variation, comprises the entire agreement between the parties. (c) The parties acknowledge and agree that the Agreement as varied by this Variation is and continues to be in full force and effect.
