Common use of Affirmation of Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Affirmation of Guaranty. By executing this Amendment, each Guarantor hereby acknowledges, consents and agrees that all of its obligations and liability under its Guaranty Agreement remain in full force and effect in relation to the Credit Agreement, as amended and modified by this Amendment, and that the execution and delivery of this Amendment and any and all documents executed in connection therewith shall not alter, amend, reduce or modify its obligations and liability under its Guaranty Agreement.

Affirmation of Guaranty. By executing this AmendmentAgreement, each Guarantor hereby acknowledges, consents and agrees that all of its obligations and liability liabilities under its the provisions of the Guaranty Agreement remain in full force and effect in relation to the Credit Agreement, as amended and modified by this Amendmenteffect, and that the execution and delivery of this Amendment Agreement and any and all documents executed in connection therewith shall not alter, amend, reduce or modify its obligations and liability under its the Guaranty Agreementor any of the other Loan Documents to which it is a party.

Affirmation of Guaranty. By executing this Amendment, each Guarantor Each of the Guarantors hereby acknowledges, consents and agrees that all of its obligations and liability under its Guaranty Agreement remain in full force and effect in relation to the Credit Agreement, as amended and modified by this Amendment, and that the execution and delivery of this Amendment and any ratifies and all documents executed in connection therewith shall not alter, amend, reduce or modify confirms its obligations under the Guaranty dated April 24, 2003, which obligations shall remain in full force and liability under its effect notwithstanding the effectiveness of this Amendment. Each of the Guarantors further agrees that all references to "the Borrower" in the above referenced Guaranty Agreementshall be deemed to be references to the Borrower hereunder.
