Common use of Affirmations Clause in Contracts

Affirmations. Borrowers hereby: (i) affirm all the provisions of the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Third Amendment; and (ii) agree that the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement shall continue in full force and effect, as amended hereby.

Affirmations. Borrowers hereby: (i) affirm all the provisions of the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Third Seventh Amendment; and (ii) agree that the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement shall continue in full force and effect, as amended hereby.

Affirmations. Borrowers hereby: (i) affirm all the provisions of the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Third Amendment; First Amendment and (ii) agree that the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement shall continue in full force and effect, as amended hereby.

Affirmations. Borrowers hereby: (i) affirm all the provisions of the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Third Second Amendment; and (ii) agree that the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement shall continue in full force and effect, as amended hereby.

Affirmations. Borrowers hereby: (i) affirm all the provisions of the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Third Amendment; Amendment No. 1, and (ii) agree that the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement shall continue in full force and effect, effect as supplemented and amended hereby.

Affirmations. Borrowers hereby: (i) affirm all the provisions of the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Third Sixth Amendment; and (ii) agree that the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement shall continue in full force and effect, as amended hereby.

Affirmations. Borrowers hereby: (i) affirm all the provisions of the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Third Amendment; Amendment No. 2, and (ii) agree that the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement shall continue in full force and effect, effect as supplemented and amended hereby.

Affirmations. Borrowers hereby: (i) affirm all the provisions of the Credit Agreement, as modified by the Waiver Letter and as amended by this Third Amendment; Amendment No. 1, and (ii) agree that the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement and the Collateral Security Documents shall continue in full force and effect, effect as modified by the Waiver Letter and as amended hereby.

Affirmations. Borrowers hereby: (i) affirm all the provisions of the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Third Amendment; Amendment No. 3, and (ii) agree that the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement shall continue in full force and effect, effect as supplemented and amended hereby.

Affirmations. Borrowers hereby: (i) affirm all the provisions of the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Third Fifth Amendment; and (ii) agree that the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement shall continue in full force and effect, as amended hereby.

Affirmations. Borrowers hereby: (ia) affirm all the provisions of the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Third Amendment; , and (iib) agree that the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement shall continue in full force and effect, effect as amended hereby.

Borrowers (including Additional Borrowers) hereby: (i) affirm all the provisions of the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Third Amendment; Amendment No. 1, and (ii) agree that the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement shall continue in full force and effect, effect as supplemented and amended hereby.
