Common use of Affirmative Covenants of the Depositor and the Issuer Clause in Contracts

Affirmative Covenants of the Depositor and the Issuer. Each of the Depositor and the Issuer hereby makes, to and for the benefit of the Insurer, all of the covenants of the Depositor or the Issuer, as the case may be, set forth in the Transaction Documents to which it is a party, including the covenants contained in Article IV of the Purchase Agreement and Section 7.2 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement (in the case of the Depositor) and in Article III of the Indenture (in the case of the Issuer). Such covenants are incorporated herein by this reference, and may not be amended except by an amendment complying with the terms of Section 6.1
