Common use of Affirmative Covenants of the Transferor Clause in Contracts

Affirmative Covenants of the Transferor. At all times from the date hereof to the later to occur of (i) the Termination Date or (ii) the date on which the Net Investment has been reduced to zero, all accrued Discount, Servicing Fees and all other Aggregate Unpaids shall have been paid in full, in cash, unless the Administrative Agent shall otherwise consent in writing:
