Common use of Affirmative Covenants of the Tribe Clause in Contracts

Affirmative Covenants of the Tribe. (a) Any action taken by the Tribe to comply with federal or state law that would otherwise violate Section 12.01 hereof shall be taken only after prior written notice to the Trustee, accompanied with an Officer’s Certificate and Opinion of Counsel that such action is required by federal or state law. To the extent possible under the federal or state law, the Tribe shall give the Trustee at least 30 days prior written notice of any such action.

Affirmative Covenants of the Tribe. To the extent possible under the federal or state law, the Tribe shall give the Trustee provide at least 30 days prior written notice of any such action.
