Affirmatively Accepts Sample Clauses
The 'Affirmatively Accepts' clause requires a party to explicitly agree to certain terms, conditions, or deliverables, rather than accepting them by default or through inaction. In practice, this means the party must provide a clear, positive indication of acceptance, such as signing a document, clicking an 'I accept' button, or otherwise communicating agreement in a specified manner. This clause ensures that acceptance is intentional and documented, reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over whether terms were agreed to.
