AFL MAY OWN NOTES. Subject to the provisions of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, AFL and any Affiliate of AFL may in its individual or any other capacity become the owner or pledgee of Notes with the same rights as it would have if it were not AFL or an Affiliate thereof.
