After Acceptance of the Premises. areas by the Sublessee, documented by a report, the Lessee will not be liable for damages caused to the lives, health or property of the Sublessee, the Sublessee’s employees, the persons acting under authorisation from the Sublessee, the Sublessee’s business partners, the participants of and visitors to the Event. The Sublessee bears exclusive responsibility for protecting all of the Sublessee’s property situated in the subject matter of the Sublease (in the subleased areas) from loss, damage or destruction and for insuring such property at the Sublessee’s own expense. The Lessee is not liable for any theft of any part of the Sublessee’s property situated in the subject matter of the Sublease (in the subleased areas) and is not liable for any other damages that may be suffered by the Sublessee, the Sublessee’s employees, the persons acting under authorisation from the Sublessee, the Sublessee’s business partners, the participants of and visitors to the Event in connection with the use of the subject matter of the Sublease, except for the cases that occurred provably through the Lessee’s fault.
