Common use of After-Acquired Collateral Clause in Contracts

After-Acquired Collateral. Subject to the Intercreditor, if any Grantor acquires rights in any Investment Property, Letter-of-Credit Rights or Deposit Accounts after the date hereof, such Grantor will deliver to the Collateral Agent a completed Security Agreement Supplement, together with all supplements to schedules thereto, reflecting such newly acquired rights. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is understood and agreed that the security interest of the Collateral Agent will attach to all after-acquired property immediately upon any Grantor’s acquisition of rights therein and will not be affected by the failure of any Grantor to deliver a Security Agreement Supplement as required hereby.
