Common use of After-Acquired Stock Clause in Contracts

After-Acquired Stock. The provisions of this Agreement (including any calculation of share ownership) shall apply to any and all shares of capital stock of the Company or any capital stock, partnership interests or any other security evidencing ownership interests in any successor of the Company (whether by merger, consolidation, sale of assets or otherwise) that may be issued in respect of, in exchange for, or in substitution of the Common Stock by reason of any stock dividend, split, reverse split, combination, recapitalization, liquidation, reclassification, merger, consolidation or otherwise.

After-Acquired Stock. The provisions of this Agreement (including any calculation of share ownershipownership interests) shall apply to any and all shares of capital stock equity interests of the Company or any capital stock, partnership interests or any other security evidencing ownership interests in any successor of the Company (whether by merger, consolidation, sale of assets or otherwise) that may be issued in respect of, in exchange for, or in substitution of the Common Stock Membership Units by reason of any stock dividend, split, reverse split, combination, recapitalization, liquidation, reclassification, merger, consolidation or otherwise.
