Common use of After Completion of Construction Clause in Contracts

After Completion of Construction. Upon completion of construction but prior to issue of the Completion Certificate, the Project Site shall be cleared of all construction equipment, surplus materials, debris and temporary installations and shall be left in tidy and an aesthetically pleasing appearance to the satisfaction of the Independent Engineer.

After Completion of Construction. Upon completion of construction but prior to issue of the Completion Readiness Certificate, the Project Site shall be cleared of all construction equipment, surplus materials, debris and temporary installations and shall be left in tidy and an aesthetically pleasing appearance clean manner and to the satisfaction of the Independent EngineerProject Monitoring Consultant.
