Common use of After Design Clause in Contracts

After Design. Builder’s review and approval, stamped copies of all Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples and similar submittals required by the Contract Documents will be submitted to the Owner for comments and review. This documentation will be submitted with reasonable promptness and in such sequence as to cause no delay in the Work or in the activities of the Owner or of its separate design-builders. The review of the submittals by the Owner will not constitute any release or discharge of Design-Builder’s sole liability and responsibility for all such submittals.
