After Development Periods. After the First Development Period, Licensee hereby grants to Tessera a world-wide, fully-paid, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, perpetual, right to use Licensee WAVE Improvements and Licensee's Patents relating in the area of Single Chip WAVE Packages and covering any inventions and equipment conceived of after said First Development Period of this Agreement to manufacture, have manufactured, use or sell products. After the Second Development Period, Licensee hereby grants to Tessera a world-wide, fully-paid, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, perpetual, right to use any Licensee WAVE Improvements and Licensee's Patents relating in the area of WAVE Technology and covering any inventions and equipment conceived of after said Second Development Period of this Agreement to manufacture, have manufactured, use or sell products.
