After Initial Conversion. If you became a Tenant after the initial conversion and the Leased Premises was terminated from the Project-Based HAP because your tenant’s portion of the rent exceeds the Contract Rent as determined pursuant to the PBV program (the monthly housing assistance payment is equal to $0 for at least 180 days), then you will pay the Contract Rent Amount shown below.
