If the student chooses to leave on-campus housing after moving in (receiving keys), but continues to be enrolled, no refund will be given for current semester and a $1000 cancellation fee ($750 for students who have lived in campus for 2 or more semesters) will be charged for any subsequent semesters left in the agreement.
