After Normal Retirement Date. If (a) a Participant whose employment terminates again becomes an Employee after the Participant’s Normal Retirement Date, or again becomes an Employee prior to the Participant’s Normal Retirement Date and continues in employment beyond the Participant’s Normal Retirement Date, or (b) a Participant continues in employment with the Company and Affiliates after the Participant’s Normal Retirement Date without a prior termination, the following provisions of this Section 3.4.2 shall apply to the Participant as of the Participant’s Normal Retirement Date or, if later, the Participant’s date of reemployment. (i) For purposes of this Section 3.4.2, the following definitions shall apply:
