After-Tax Basis. The amount which LESSEE will be required to pay with respect to any Expense indemnified against under Article 16.1 will be an amount sufficient to restore the Indemnitee, on an after-tax basis, to the same position such Indemnitee would have been in had such Expense not been incurred.
