After the Lockout Period. Commencing on the day after the expiration of the Lockout Period, and upon giving Lender at least thirty (30) days (but not more than ninety (90) days) prior written notice, Borrower may voluntarily prepay (without premium) the Note in whole (but not in part) on a Scheduled Payment Date. Lender shall accept a prepayment pursuant to this Section 2.4(e) on a day other than a Scheduled Payment Date provided that, in addition to payment of the full outstanding principal balance of the Note, Borrower pays to Lender a sum equal to the amount of interest which would have accrued on the Note if such prepayment occurred on the next Scheduled Payment Date.
