After the Order Sample Clauses
The "After the Order" clause outlines the obligations and procedures that take effect once an order has been placed under a contract. After the Order. Cut-Off Time, the Sponsor or its delegate will calculate the Total Basket Amount that the relevant Trust must transfer to the Authorized Participant to fulfill the Redemption Order on the Redemption Order Date in accordance with Section 2 of Article II of these Procedures.

a. the Order was issued with the content and for the services stipulated in the Offer,
b. whether the Order contains the mandatory data and statements on the part of the Client as required by applicable laws, c. the quantity and the quality of the sample received together with the Order is suitable to perform the services listed in the Offer,
After the Order. Cut-Off Time, the Manager or its delegate will calculate the Total Basket Amount that the relevant Fund must transfer to the Authorized Participant to fulfill the Redemption Order on the Redemption Order Date in accordance with Section 2 of Article II of the Procedures.
After the Order. Cut-Off Time, the Sponsor or its delegate will calculate the number of digital assets that the Authorized Participant must transfer to the relevant Trust to fulfill the Creation Order on the Creation Order Date.
