After the Project Sample Clauses

The 'After the Project' clause outlines the obligations and procedures that parties must follow once a project has been completed. Typically, this clause addresses matters such as the return of confidential information, final payments, transfer of deliverables, or post-project support. For example, it may require the contractor to provide final documentation or the client to confirm acceptance of the work. Its core function is to ensure a smooth transition at the project's conclusion by clarifying each party's responsibilities, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring all loose ends are properly addressed.

Our publications and software will still benefit the community after the project ends, where the results will remain available on the website until 5 years after the project ends. We will also explore funding opportunities during the project that will allow us to continue the Centre of Excellence in a new phase or form, immediately following the conclusion of this project.
