After the Termination Date; Transferred Interest Held by Committed Purchasers. At all times on and after the Termination Date, with respect to any portion of the Transferred Interest which shall have been owned by, or transferred to, the Committed Purchaser, the Funding Agents with respect to the applicable Committed Purchasers shall select all Tranche Periods and Tranche Rates applicable thereto.
