After Voluntary Suspension by a Participating Agency. The Participating Agency’s notification of a voluntary suspension shall state the commencement date and the duration of the suspension. That Participating Agency may extend the duration of the voluntary suspension should it be necessary as determined by the Participating Agency. Either on the date indicated by the Participating Agency in the suspension or extension request or at an earlier time if requested by the Participating Agency, the Executive Board shall instruct the Data Governing Board to take all actions necessary to reinstate the Participating Agency’s ability to participate in the data sharing service included, but not limited to, the reinstatement of the Participating Agency’s access to the Data Sharing services.
