Manager 5.1. Rules relating to the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Managers shall be governed by the Act. Such provisions are hereinafter incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Manager shall have the powers set forth in Paragraph 5.3 below.
Owner’s Representative Owner designates the individual listed below as its Owner’s Representative to provide direct interface with Construction Manager with respect to Owner’s responsibilities: Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Owner’s Project Manager.
City’s Representative The City hereby designates Xxx Xxxxx, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“City’s Representative”). City’s Representative shall have the power to act on behalf of the City for all purposes under this Contract. Construction Manager The individual, partnership, corporation, joint venture, or any combination thereof, or its authorized representative, named as such by the District. If no Construction Manager is used on the Project that is the subject of this Contract, then all references to Construction Manager herein shall be read to refer to District.
Business Representative You and your Representative individually affirm to Stripe that (a) your Representative is authorised to provide User Information on your behalf and to bind you to this Agreement; and (b) your Representative is an executive officer, director, senior manager or otherwise has significant responsibility for the control, management or direction of your business. Stripe may require you or your Representative to provide additional information or documentation demonstrating your Representative’s authority.
Exclusive Representative The University recognizes UPTE-CWA 9119, which was certified by the Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) on April 15, 1996 in SF-PC-1051-H as the sole and exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment for all employees, excluding employees defined by XXXXX as managerial, supervisory and/or confidential and all student employees whose employment is contingent upon their status as students, in the bargaining unit.

City Manager All Contract administration will be effected by the City Manager, and communication pertaining to Contract administration shall be addressed to the City Manager only. No changes, deviations, or waivers shall be effective without a modification of the Contract executed by the City Manager or duly authorized representative authorizing such changes, deviations, or waivers. Right to Have Union Representative Present (a) An employee shall have the right to have her xxxxxxx present at any discussion with supervisory personnel which the employee believes might be the basis of disciplinary action. Where a supervisor intends to interview an employee for disciplinary purposes, the supervisor shall make every effort to notify the employee in advance of the purpose of the interview in order that the employee may contact her xxxxxxx, providing that this does not result in an undue delay of the appropriate action being taken. This clause shall not apply to those discussions that are of an operational nature and do not involve disciplinary action.
