Age, Sex and Other Adjustments. If the Company’s liability under any of the Reinsured Contracts is changed because of a misstatement of age or sex or any other material fact, the Reinsurer will share in the change proportionately to the coinsurance share hereunder and the Company and the Reinsurer will make all appropriate adjustments to amounts due each other under this Agreement.
