Aged Accounts/Payables Schedules. The Company shall, on the first (1st) day of each and every calendar month, deliver to Buyer an aged schedule of the accounts receivable of the Company, listing the name and amount due from each Person and showing the aggregate amounts due from: (i) 0-30 days; (ii) 31-60 days; (iii) 61-90 days; (iv) 91-120 days; and (v) more than 120 days, and certified as accurate by the CEO or CFO of the Company. The Company shall, on the first (1st) day of each and every calendar month, deliver to Buyer an aged schedule of the accounts payable of the Company, listing the name and amount due to each creditor and showing the aggregate amounts due from: (v) 0-30 days; (w) 31-60 days; (x) 61-90 days; (y) 91-120 days; and (z) more than 120 days, and certified as accurate by the CEO or CFO of the Company.
