Common use of Aged Accounts/Payables Schedules Clause in Contracts

Aged Accounts/Payables Schedules. The Borrower shall, and shall cause the Guarantor to, within twenty (20) days after the end of each month, deliver to Lender an aged schedule of the Accounts of each Credit Party, listing the name and amount due from each Account Debtor and showing the aggregate amounts due from (a) 0-30 days, (b) 31-60 days, (c) 61-90 days (d) 91-120 days and (e) more than 120 days, and certified as accurate in all material respects by the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Executive Officer of Borrower. Borrower shall, and shall cause the Guarantor to, within twenty (20) days after the end of each month, deliver to Lender an aged schedule of the accounts payable of each Credit Party, listing the name and amount due to each creditor and showing the aggregate amounts due from (a) 0-30 days, (b) 31-60 days, (c) 61-90 days (d) 91-120 days and (e) more than 120 days, and certified as accurate in all material respects by the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Executive Officer of Borrower.
