Common use of Aged Inventory Notification Clause in Contracts

Aged Inventory Notification. DISTRIBUTOR will immediately notify COMPANY in writing in the event that any quantities of its Proprietary Products are within forty-five (45) days of expiration of product life. If DISTRIBUTOR fails to do so, COMPANY shall not be required to comply with the requirements set forth in Section 3.02.
