Common use of Agency Account Agreements Clause in Contracts

Agency Account Agreements. each duly executed by a Borrower and the Clearing Bank party thereto, or such other agreements with Agent regarding each of the Borrowers' Lockboxes, Lockbox Accounts and other cash and deposit accounts, as requested by Agent;
