Agency and Affiliates Not to engage in Certain Activities. The Agency agree that, during the term of this agreement and after its termination, the Agency and any entity affiliated with the Agency, as well as any Sub-Agency and any entity affiliated with such Sub-Agency, shall be disqualified from providing goods, works or services (other than the services and any continuation thereof) for any Project resulting to the Services.
