Agency and Other Fees. Borrower shall pay to Administrative Agent and its Affiliates such fees and other amounts as Borrower shall be required to pay to Administrative Agent and its Affiliates from time to time pursuant to any separate agreement between Borrower and Administrative Agent or any of its Affiliates setting forth the compensation to be paid to Administrative Agent and its Affiliates in consideration for providing services in connection with the credit facilities provided pursuant hereto.
