Common use of Agency Authority of Manager Clause in Contracts

Agency Authority of Manager. Subject to the provisions of this Article to the contrary, the Manager is authorized to endorse checks, drafts, and other evidences of indebtedness made payable to the order of the Company, but only for the purpose of deposit into the Company’s accounts. All checks, drafts, and other instruments obligating the Company to pay money may be signed by the Manager, and the Manager is authorized to sign contracts and obligations on behalf of the Company.
