Agency Capacities. (a) Except as expressly provided herein, [ ] is acting in the capacity of Initial Senior Lien Representative and Initial Senior Lien Collateral Agent solely for the Initial Senior Lien Claimholders. Except as expressly provided herein, each other Representative and Collateral Agent is acting in the capacity of Representative and Collateral Agent, respectively, solely for the Claimholders under the Senior Lien Documents or Junior Lien Documents for which it is the named Representative or Collateral Agent, as the case may be, in the applicable Joinder Agreement.
