Agency contract. Agency contract" means an agreement in which a student athlete authorizes a person to negotiate or solicit on behalf of the athlete a professional sports services contract or endorsement contract.
Agency contract. The contract or contracts between ACDE and the Agency, as in effect from time to time, pursuant to which ACDE is responsible for coordinating health care services and supplies for Program recipients enrolled with ACDE.

Agency contract a) In accordance with that provided in paragraph (C) of Clause Fourth, the Trustee herein appoints DVSA (in said capacity, the "Agent") as its trade agent without representation in accordance with Articles two hundred seventy-three, two hundred seventy-four and two hundred eight-four and the related articles of the Trade Code, so that it may perform all acts related to the preservation, repair and administration of the Building in the ordinary course of business of DVSA, included but not limited to, the payment of all the Maintenance Costs; with the understanding, however, that the Agent may not directly or indirectly perform any legal or material act that implies the disposal or assignment of the Building or any part thereof.
b) The Trustee may not assume any responsibility with regard to the acts performed by the Agent in the exercise of this contract or for any other reason.

14.1.2. FRENZ is not the employer of any Worker and this Contract cannot in way be deemed to be an employment agreement between FRENZ and the Worker.

Agency contract. ADMINISTRATOR The Agency shall appoint an individual who will be the Contract Administrator for this Agreement and will provide oversight of the activities conducted hereunder. The Agency Contract Administrator will manage this Agreement on behalf of the Agency, and will be the Agency point of contact for the Bank concerning the Bank's performance hereunder. The Agency shall notify the Bank, in writing, when there is a change in staffing and a new Contract Administrator is assigned to this Agreement.
Agency contract. To the extent Customer is receiving the Assessments and Services pursuant to an Agency Contract, the applicable prices and pricing terms set forth in the Agency Contract and provided in the Customer’s enrollment confirmation email shall apply to Customer. For example, the unit rates, effective dates for the unit rates, and other pricing terms of the applicable Agency Contract, shall apply to Customer rather than the table below.
