In performing their respective functions and duties hereunder and under the other Loan Documents, (i) the Administrative Agent is acting solely on behalf of the Lenders and the L/C Issuers except to the limited extent provided in Section 10.07(c), and (ii) the Collateral Agent is acting solely on behalf of the Senior Credit Parties, and each of their respective duties are entirely administrative in nature. Neither the Administrative Agent nor the Collateral Agent assumes or shall be deemed to have assumed any obligation other than as expressly set forth herein and in the other Loan Documents or any other relationship as the agent, fiduciary or trustee of or for any Lender, L/C Issuer or holder of any other Finance Obligation.
